Master Donut Run

What is it?

This free 60min running session broken into 3 parts and a half (Warming up and drills, easy run, warm down - and donuts)

is open to master athletes and wanna-be athletes (40+ years young), and its primary aim is to reinforce good running posture, have a little a bit of fun, and share something yum.

Who is it for?

This is open to everyone over 40 - the level of intensity is scalable and should be always on the low side to promote better form and movement. Just make sure you are “healthy” before coming - if you do have some issues - let me know beforehand and I will advise you on possibly regression of the exercises or contraindication. 

What do I need to bring?

Don’t carry too much. Bring running shoes, apparel. A dry fit t-shirt will always be better and more comfortable than a cotton one. Bring a bottle of water - there are places you can fill in water where we train, run. A cap is always a good friend. Sun screen is also always a good friend when the sun is. Some pocket change may come handy if you need a snack. Your phone if you are willing to run with it.

If you need to bring more things I would recommend you store them in a box by the beach and pick them when we finish running.  


Your health should always come first and your should always - always follow your physician advices. If my judgment is different from your physician. Listen to your physician. I will do my best as a service to the community to  keep everyone healthy - as this is the sole purpose of the run. But your health is in your hands and injuries that may occur during this time frame shall not be my responsibility.  Crossing roads, falling down, bumping unto scooters, having a heat stroke - or any other injury or impairment that may occur falls on you.  I will do my best to help of course - but please - look both ways when you cross the road, do your shoe laces, keep your eyes open, and speak out if you feel uncomfortable.
