ADVANCED RUNNING TIME CALCULATOR

From race time prediction to Yousuli pacing zones
This specific calculator weights in three distances: a 400, a mile, and a 5000m to predict race performance and determine training zones using the Yousuli 7 zone system. How does it work? It weights in both the anaerobic and aerobic contributions in performance and the rate of fatigue as well as the race duration itself. The bias time could serve as a guideline for brick runs in triathlons.
How to use this calculator
Run or note down your best recent (<90days) 400m, mile (1600), and 5km. Ideally down around a track.
the calculator will show you pace during finish time input.
Chose a race distance, and based on these three data points it extrapolate the contribution of the aerobic and anaerobic system to give you a finish time, and a finish time with a 5% bias for brick/triathlon
