To qualify for the IRONMAN world championships, and IRONMAN 70.3 world championship one has to be fast enough to earn one of the few ballots awarded in each age group. Some races may have more ballots than others (hosting countries, new races, etc.) and some may have require faster times (faster course, more competitive fields). While we cannot write down the time you will need for each races, we can give you a range to aim for if you want to have a shot.
