RUNNING TIME PREDICTOR

A simple distance predictor calculator

This calculator is both useful for having a range of what is possible to achieve in terms of running times based on one performance and at different degrees of conditioning, but also and more importantly to reverse engineer what is needed to complete a race in a certain time.

How does the calculator works

Input a current performance or a goal performance and see equivalences in three columns

Perfect: high training volume, very high endurance and low drop off of paces below threshold.

Normal: standard training volume and normal rate of fatigue between durations which impacts pace.

Poor: low training volume, or very high anaerobic contribution on short distance, and high drop in paces on longer distances
