Refund Policy

Yousuli operates a clean refund policy for services and goods.

Here is how it works.

Services

1.

You are goal based member training member. online member or have a yearly membership you are eligible to refunds.

2.

You have not broken your behavior contract, or any agreements made with Yousuli.

3.

In the case of online or yearly membership, you still have paid time remaining in your contract.

4.

Taxes, third party platform payment fees, accounting fees and assessment fees as well monthly fees (for online or yearly membership) will be deducted for the total amount

5.

Refund will be issued at the latest within 12 months of the petition.

We will try our best to refund much faster.

Goods

1.

The goods you bought through our online shop have been damaged before opening and you do not wish for replacement and you have received the goods less than 30 days prior.

2.

We will refund you within 30 days after having received back the merchandise or after having reached an agreement and not having to wait for merchandise to be sent back.
