This course is a bespoke running assessment. You will be guided on how to take the best videos for coaching review and how to make the most of your results. The assessments include the following: -Running gait assessment -Running capacity assessment -------------------- Purpose of the assessments: Define training strategies, training zones, and guidelines racing intensities. Implement running drills/conditioning exercises to improve running form and lower injury occurrence. We recommend assessing running form 1 to 3 times a year.
