Through a blend of theoretical knowledge and practical exercises, learners will discover how to cycle more efficiently, prevent common cycling injuries, and significantly boost their performance on the road or trail. This course is an indispensable resource for anyone looking to embrace the cyclist's lifestyle, ensuring a smoother, safer, and more exhilarating ride. This course has been written with triathletes in mind, but many of its sections will be beneficial to road cyclists as well. Frederic Simon is a licensed USAT & IRONMAN certified coach, cert. orthopedic coach and a fanatic cyclist who has completed everesting challenges (riding to cover the elevation of Mount Everest), cross country rides, and 1000km indoor bike rides. His next cycling challenge is sustaining 50km/h for "an extended and uncomfortable period of time". He also completed 101 successive self supported 70.3 distance triathlon injury free. Frederic has coached hundred of athletes achieve their cycling and triathlon goals from finishing epic rides, to leading the pack during cycling events.
