Training plans level 1 are made for new and mid pack athletes.

Training volume ranges from 4.5 hours to 10.5 hours per week of training from sprint distance triathlon to ironman respectively.

Training plans level 2 and level 3 are designed for competitive athletes aiming to get within top 10 or win in their races and volume is around 12+ hours to 25+ hours for level 2 and 3 respectively for all plans.
