Technical swimming analysis

Service Description

What is it? The technical swimming analysis assessment is made to help you identify all form, and biomechanical limiters, as well as give you some information about your swimming performance and efficiency - and how to improve. This assessment is conducted through video analysis, and a 6-direction motion capture/power sensor. Time frame? This core of the this test takes a bit over an hour. The swimming parts should not take more than 30min in total. It will take 72 hours to review footage and data and send you a PDF with all findings. Frequency? From twice to four times a year for demanding swimmers, or endurance athletes wanting to assess not only postural deviations but also monitor and quantify the results of training on their form. Swimming is highly technique driven, and closely monitoring technique and quantifying swimming efficiency is a perfect way to insure that no time is wasted during training. For whom? Although we recommend this for swimmers swimming faster than 2"30/100m, it can be taken also by slower swimmers. Discounts? A 50% discount is applied from the second assessment onward.
